SET UP YOUR PERSONAL PORTAL FOR DOCUMENTS, PAYMENTS, ATTENDANCE.
Then YOU WILL RECIEVE INTAKE FORMS, PLEASE FILL THEM OUT COMPLETELY.
THEN CALL US FOR ZOOM SESSION OR INTAKE COMPLETION.
